Residential Homes

We use the latest construction technology to help you build a home or office that is comfortable, energy efficient, eco-friendly and safe. From 1 bedroom town houses to huge estates and everything between we built it!

ICF homes last longer than traditional builds. You can put a variety of finishes on them to make your house feel like home, and you won't have the mold or water damage that comes with old-school construction! ICF homes are not only built to last but with their design capabilities, they have the ability to be customized and personalized in whichever way you want. You can easily apply a variety of finishes directly onto an ICF: brick, vinyl, stucco, stone or wood – all without worrying about pesky weather elements ruining your hard work!

With ICF, you'll never have to endure another drafty winter. Plus, since the insulation around your concrete core is airtight and noise-reducing, it's like living in a peaceful cocoon of warmth even if you live near train tracks or freeways!

The best part?

Our homes can be built at roughly the same cost as traditional stick-built homes!

ICF – Insulating Concrete Forms

We are a distributor and installer of Insulated Concrete Forms. We do it all from star to finish!

Insulated concrete forms are great for residential and commercial buildings, providing excellent insulation, thermal mass and structural strength.

The ICF walls offer four hours of fire resistance and sound transmission. With a standard 25/8" expanded polystyrene panel, the ICF wall has insulation that is rated at R-24!

The insulated concrete forms are dry stacked with a running bond and molded interlocks. Reinforcing steel is inserted in the wall cavity as required, then the plastic webs used to hold panels together also holds reinforcing steel in place prior to and during concrete placement

Concrete has a number of advantages that make it better than other building materials. It is waterproof, making mold and mildew have no chance to grow inside the wall space; there are also no gaps or voids in concrete for outside air infiltration with its thermal insulation on both sides preventing energy loss.

We can work with you on your project from start to finish or we can turn it over to you at any point of the process and guide you through the process!

Radiant Floor Heating

Floor heating is a great way to keep your energy bill low, and it also heats up the room much faster than regular heaters. Your floor heating only needs to be running at a temperature of 84 degrees F or less depending on the type of finish. This will save you energy and keep your bills lower!

Once installed, underfloor heating needs virtually no maintenance

The most popular and cost effective way to heat an entire house is by circulating water from a boiler or water heater through loops of 1/2-inch polyethylene tubing. These flexible tubes can be installed in many ways; either on top of the subfloor, in grooved panels or snap-in grids clipped into aluminum strips underneath the floorboards, or embedded within poured concrete.
